Okay, this is wild. This team has zero balance and a **** OL. Howell took one sack that was totally on him. That last pressure was awful protection. Again. It’s easy to blame the QB in every situation and Howell has had a few blunders. Not throwing it away at times, taking hits, not seeing coverage…

But he is under almost immediate pressure. Our play calling and OL have done this team no favors.

ive had plenty of posts in this thread already dunking on EB dialing up long-developing plays, going away from run, and the o-line still being swiss cheese. PLUS ****ting on RR for ignoring upgrading this group this summer.

Ive given all parties involved blame today. More than once. If it seemed it was only about Sam in my post you quoted, it was mainly because he lobbed it up in the air and idk if he had a chance to throw it into the ground, but it was a lolipop floater of a throw. And it added insult to injury that a floater like that just had to be caught by a guy who's had no INTs in 2yrs. teams always seem to catch their grooves vs us.

so not, it's not just on Sam. He, online, EB and RR allneed to do better.

You litetally named three Hofers lolol.

Yes, would be nice to draft those type of players wouldn’t it? Or are you happy with the status quo? It’s okay if you are - I just wish we were able to draft like that lololol

I just think it's a lot of us getting chippy because we're losing in a bad way, not just a trounce way.  ****ty weather, too.

I don't think any posts should be taken for anything other than different forms of *grumble grumble*

Because it is worse than that.  It’s odd that the score is not worse given the contrast between how each team looks.  I attribute that to the D bending and not always breaking.

Thank you, Captain Obvious...

I don't care because it won't change anything...they make adjustments and score a TD coming out the half it's a game again, just like that.

First two games were comebacks, this is far from over...

I have a very big problem with the lack of any semblance of balance. Teams tee off on us because they know we are zero threat to run the ball.

I disagree.

Teams tee off on us because we can’t make them pay for it.

Yet.

Running the ball does not slow down the pass rush.

Throw on first, run in second if you complete the first down pass.

They need to execute better across the board. But running the ball more, especially on early downs, is not the answer.  That’s Jay Gruden/Scott Turner thinking and is wrong.
