They called a time out to drop 9 people in coverage on 3rd and 8, only to have their best receiver without anyone within 10 yards of him.

We can't get pressure or keep Allen from running on 3rd and long, our secondary looks confused just like last week. If the D line doesn't make plays we're cooked.

Any starting QB in this league should, at the bare minimum, be capable of setting protections. 
 

Howell, freshman year at UNC, being incapable? Sure, I can understand that. He’s an professional. He should be able to do it

You give a top 5 QB that much time and you’re dead. 

That is a personnel issue. JDR is kinda screwed here. Cover and he runs. Rush and he passes. A very good mobile QB is one of the absolute biggest weapons you can have. 
 

the personnel has to make a play. Four first round DL are getting blocked by a mediocre OL.

Even when we can make a play it’s always the same ****ing thing with this team, a bad angle, a missed tackle.

Bills can basically do whatever they want on 1st and 2nd down, since they can also basically count on converting on 3rd down.

If there’s an NFL team that’s played worse than us in the first half this year, I’m not aware of it.  Chicago, maybe.

 

Point is…the staff is spending all week putting together game plans that are getting completely torched.  Three is a trend.

We have enough tied up in the front 4, somebody has to make a play.
