Now the Cheese stands alone.

Still time for him to accept his deal. He's been offered one.

Edited to add:  the Powell deal is significant because she was right in the Oval office numerous times while the coup plans were going down. Think of all of the people that she knows were involved including the candidate for Speaker Gym Jordan plus other legislators. This was an important get both in Georgia and federal courts.

Not a lawyer first of all. Non practicing paralegal.

She pled to misdemeanors without incarceration. She's certainly a candidate for Bar Association revocation of her law license in various states. Whether she loses her law license as part of her deal in the plea like Bill Clinton did, I haven't heard that yet.

Super light sentence.

she must be willing to testify to things that are very damning.

Yeah the fact that she's only pleading to misdemeanors and the felonies are being dropped hopefully means the prosecutors believe she has the goods to be an all star witness against the bigger fish, not that they didn't believe the felony cases were strong enough.

Trump doesn’t use electronic communications.

If you want the he says on the record someone in the room has to testify. This was always the plan/point and where this was headed.

What’s funny is that waiting this long, one by one, deciding to plea guilty for a deal, after running out the string on all the legal tactics … has to hurt them on the deal.

“I now have no other options” isn’t a great way to start a negotiation.

Yea, not sure exactly when Team Trump realized Insurrection Karen was insane and cut her out, but she may be a pretty devastating witness.

I wonder if FOX will suffer any collateral damage from her testifying?...Some shrapnel could fly their way unexpectedly.

Prosecutor: "You sent a wackadoodle story from an insane woman to FOX news, correct? Was that at the direction of then-president Trump to help bolster his Georgia election fraud scheme?"

FOX:
