Drock_VB
Whatever you have to say about Taylor Heineke’s play, we will be very fortunate to have him as a backup some day. His ability to come in on short notice and play well is a valuable thing to have.
KDawg
Heinicke needs 1 pick to tie and 2 to overtake Trevor Lawrence for league lead in picks. We could finish today with a league leader today, folks. Hope sprints eternal. Edited January 9, 2022 by KDawg

Renegade7
90 year rivalry is a long damn time, longer then Bears and Packers. Thats pretty cool.
NewCliche21
Of course the ONE time that Heinicke manages to throw too far, he gets our best receiver in the injury tent. Sigh.

Save me worrying about who the future backup QB is, until we get a starting QB.
OMacAttack
I think it's absurd our team hasn't had back to back 1000 yard receivers in 25 years. That's just depressing.

Sigh. A factor people sadly seem to overlook is how he constantly puts at least Terry in dangerous positions. Terry has zero motivation to remain here for a new contract. This game looks like the Stupid Bowl so far.

NoCalMike
Only reason(s) at this point that Kyle Allen isn't playing is: 1) Rivera feels they already know what they have in Allen and know what the plans (or not plans) are for him going forward 2) They feel Heinicke has earned/(right thing to do) finishing out the season in a game that doesn't matter. Otherwise, I just don't get it.
