Remember Lavar Arrington? He was the best athlete on the field in most games but his early seasons were a mixed bag of unbelievable isolated plays and sloppy missed assignments that cost a lot of yards. When we brought in Marvin Lewis to force him to play disciplined he had his best statistical season and started to realize his full potential, however he was a total crybaby about having to play "assignment football" and started bad mouthing the coaches behind the scenes. Guys like Bostic and Holcomb are sort of like when we had Reed Doughty at safety.
