No matter what you want, some of the players appear to think their effort is important to them. It is a little refreshing to see that with how the last 4 weeks has gone. Lots of teams don't fire their HC, and especially a FO guy like Allen, mid-season. That's mostly offseason stuff. You have no idea if they would have been on the chopping block or not.
