You have starting qbs in this league that are pure garbage, but yet seem to get job offers all the time. Just ask Sanchez, M. Cassel, McCown, etc.. They haven't changed positions but yet continue to get paid for nothing at the QB position. Let the man get past his rookie contract first. There are a lot of starters who haven't led their team to the playoffs like this rookie did. We don't have to look far for examples either. Can run like the wind and throw the ball a mile but isn’t a good passer at all. He will have to get dramatically better to continue to succeed. He ran the ball on average 17 times a game during their winning streak this season since he started.
