Defenestration is now a symptom of the coronavirus?

Apparently. But it seems to be concentrated to the Russian strain.

btw...word of the day for me. Had to look it up. Made my mush-for-brain learn something new.

Justice Department is dropping charges against Flynn according to The Washington Post article.  DOJ claims that the FBI ****ed up.

This is such a crock of **** because he's already pled guilty to one charge.

MSNBC just now: it's ultimately up to the judge, and apparently Sullivan may not roll over like all of the other good lap doggies. 😉

Yeah, but what's the judge gonna do?  Try to order DoJ to perform a competent, unbiased, prosecution?

Can the judge order the case postponed until a DOJ that's actually interested in justice has been appointed?  (Snark, I know.)

The Right has proven it can rationalize anything even to the degree that they believe a man pleading guilty is 100% innocent and a victim. Every mirror they look into must have been made by a carnival company.

Pure unfiltered corruption. They aren't even bothering to hide it anymore. It's all out in the open.

Why hide it?

It's already been established that Trump can solicit an illegal campaign contribution, on a phone line where he knows that more than 20 people are listening, and have it reported, and still have the en tire GOP vote near unanimously to approve of it.

Yep. The Senate has basically declared him above the law.

Yep, the quiet part keeps getting louder.

They no longer fear. Mitch's move in the Senate basically told them they  have carte blanche. They can do anything and they will not be checked. More, Mitch's move told them they have a willing partner who will help them get away with anything and provide assistance to do anything they want to done regardless of how corrupt or against precedence.
