you certainly play the field.

what half tells ya going to Mueller is productive after his team persuaded the GSA a subpoena or warrant was not needed....despite their initial protest.

You keep taking Trump’s team at their word, and GSA turned over those emails WITHOUT a warrant, so even IF they had initial reservations they put those aside when it counted.

So you and the rest if Trump nation can throw a hissy fit about Mueller if you want, but you’re complaining about the wrong people. Trump’s own Administration released the emails.<——that’s a period

I'm basing my opinion on the GSA officials words and a rather clear knowledge of the power of persuasion of the feds.

Ya can throw in the lawyerly press release citing consent of account holder:ols:....they didn't add that for no reason.

who do you think they were referring to,or why it was there?

Awww the big boys and girls within Trump’s own Administration couldn’t resist some pressure? I’m also basing my opinion off GSA official words where they said that there was NO agreement to withhold documents from law enforcement.

From the article I posted earlier:

“GSA Deputy Counsel Lenny Loewentritt told Buzzfeed that Beckler didn't make a commitment to the transition team that requests from law enforcement for materials would be routed through transition lawyers.”

So you can have your opinion, but just know that it’s wrong.

Gowdy is a fully indoctrinated party-line subhuman. He's as bad as Nunes, only smarter. He cares mostly about false narratives/smoke and mirrors tricks that his party's Super PACs care about. The spearhead of the probe into Benghazi, and the epitome of an evil, non-public serving politician. Lots of funny money propping that punch-able-faced guy up too. He's one of the worst of the worst.

the line between improper and illegal gets fuzzy, like with a forbidden server, deleting emails and unapproved devices and improper retention.

Fortunately the line between improper and totally fine is much more clear.

See, it's that vertical blue line right in the middle of the image. Basically, whenever someone on the right (in this picture) does something, it's improper and / or illegal. When someone on the other side does the exact same thing, it's totally fine. Like deleting emails for instance. twa loves that George W but is inconsolable about Hillary's treason.

Buried in the NBC piece is that American intelligence was aware that Russians were in contact with Trump's campaign before the FBI warned the campaign about foreign overtures and urged them to report such attempts.

So they knew what to do, yet purposefully went out of their way to lie about it, hide it, and then pretend that none of it was a big deal once they are caught.

And that should be a heartening thought, despots rarely die of old age in their own beds. Quite often there's a length of rope involved.

Ok but I'm warning you... it's going to take away some of the mystique. Do not read this if you're not ready.

twa's also one of the few people on here who actually reads the rules and follows them.

As long as you do that, you can jerk people around as much as you want.   :816:
