Upcoming and misc. TV shows that don't already have their own threads

I've only seen 2 episodes of Sense8 (orig. series netflix---metaphysical/conspiracy/"gifted" people) but already some things stand out. You have to pay attention every minute---it's convoluted. The soft core porn scene(s) so far are more distracting  than helpful to actual show. It's using great footage shot all over the globe. In many scenes, the look, from filming quality to setting/staging is like a big budget movie. Don't really need to add another series with complex plot and many lead characters that you have to follow super closely each episode to my list, but I'll see how it goes. Probably better for binge viewing.

Crap. This new amazon prime original series "The Man in the High Castle" looks very cool. But I ain't adding another tv provider to my life or budget.

The series pilot is already available and the series will be available Nov. 20; according to that link.

Good think my roommate is an AmazonPrime member. :)

Anyone watched Public Morals. Binge watched the first 10 episodes. TNT network series written and directed by Ed Burns about corrupt NYC vice squad in the 60s in Hells Kitchen when a turf war breaks out amongst the Irish.

Anyone intrigued by Blunt Talk? Starring Patrick Stewart and written by Jonathan Ames (Bored to Death).

Saw the first couple of episodes and it was pretty funny, mostly just because seeing Capt Picard as a manic druggie alcoholic picking up tranny hookers is so whacky.

Wet Hot American Summer is fun (netflix original series). Pretty "silly" material, but lots of good enough moments. Large ensemble cast with many familiar faces, and I can't tell yet whether some roles that may come and go quickly (I'm only on episode 4). Nothing really great so far, but it's fun pap and worth checking out.

Yeah, the big 4 haven't had anything since Lost as far as I can remember, other than maybe American Crime.

Heroes Reborn will hopefully be pretty good.

Watching some previews now, the two leads from Cinemax's Strike Back(Sullivan Stapleton and Philip Winchester)both have a couple of new shows that could be pretty good in Blindspot and The Playe. Of course both are on NBC so they'll probably tank and be cancelled within three episodes.

Today's new shows making premieres:

ABC's The Muppets at 8pm

Fox's Scream Queens at 8pm, with a 2 hour premiere.

CBS's The Limitless, a sequel to the movie. Bradley Cooper will occasionally appear in the first season.

I don't think CBS has anything to worry about but at least there will now be alternatives to CBS's shows and NBC's The Voice.

I've seen the Gotham trailer, and it looks pretty action packed, but I just can't get with network action series.

Maybe I'm spoiled by premium television (sopranos, wire, Californication, Leftovers, Ray donovan, etc). But I want GRAPHIC violence, graphic language, and sexual content. Network television is so handcuffed with what they can do, I just can't. It's weak. ::shrug::
