Sniffler
From what I can gather... there seems to be a nice storm venturing through the area Saturday... and another immediately after Sunday-Monday. The latter storm looks to be a MONSTER but gets pushed out to sea :-(

"Oh, just 60 degrees here today". Loving it. **** winter. That's messed up dude But we had 12 days in January of 60 or higher. This winter had been pretty mild up until this past Friday when we got 23 inches LOL. On the flip side, during the summer when you Washingtonians are dying in 95 degree heat with 87% humidity, the average summer day in Denver is around 80 with about 15% humidity. renaissance
What time is it supposed to start precipitating tomorrow? I really don't want to be sitting on the beltway tm afternoon with any trace of precipitation in the air, especially if it's snow.

frostyj
Just got an email letting us know we can take for unscheduled leave, but offices are open. So I'm sure there will be a small exodus, not for me, as I'm just a contractor and are here no matter what the weather/natural disaster is. skinsdomination09
Any word on Saturday's storm? hardly a storm. A few wet snow flakes overnight friday. If you wake up saturday with a whitened ground you got lucky. Little to no effect on traffic.

Little to no effect on traffic. Too bad (on the lack of snow, not the impact to traffic of course). I was hoping the kids could get out and play in a couple inches this winter. Since our Halloween-week snow, they've been asking when they can make snow angels and build snowmen.
skinsmarydu
OK, so our Japanese magnolia is almost in full bloom(beautiful, by the way), and they're calling for 20's this wknd. Just freakin' lovely.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
-14 here last night. That's Celcsus, so about 6.8 in your parlance. Extra blankies where out in force in GHH's house. This cold, Siberian front causing chaos across Europe is NOT fun, with way too many deaths and a forecast for the whole month to be miserable. Hail. d0ublestr0ker0ll
3pm: Squall line moving through the area, blustery winds with moderate snow, nothing sticking. Light mix came through the area this morning, gave a good dusting on the grass and cars. Apparently, there's supposed to be a snow shower moving through tonight. Perhaps an inch or two?
