Ah.  Sucks.

 

I've worked out around 5 days a week (sometimes more) for at least 6 months now.  If I miss a couple days, I feel like I'm missing out.

 

I can finally start to see a difference in my body. Granted, it's probably more noticeable to others than myself, but I'm becoming happier with how my body looks.  All about personal satisfaction and confidence.

 

Of course, it'll help my kids if they have a fit father.  Helps my wife when I'm pounding dat ass doe too.

I'm that way too, now.  If I miss more than a day, I feel like a slacker.  Starting to get stretch marks on my biceps from the gains.  Veins back on my biceps and forearms.  Feeling rather sexy lately.

I feel out of shape. 

There's a 21 year old power lifted named Larry Williams. Dude is freak. He is benching 620 raw. He admits he on roids but still there's a lot of roided powerlifters who never bench 600 plus he is 21. He is probably going to destroy every powerlifting record as he gets older.
