I have been shot at but never hit (wrong place wrong time). I had a friend get hit (shoulder but not near any vitals) and just seeing that tells that "just a flesh wound" only applies when it's NOT your flesh. There is the physical part of getting shot but also the mental part. I ducked for a long time when I heard certain sounds and I didn't even get hit.

Not to derail the thread but you touch on a big part of it here. Your experience of being shot at is enough to jabber your wocky. It's the whole thing beyond the bullet.

I've been shot and didn't know/see it coming and it was nothin.

I've been shot and DID see it coming and it was waaayyy different.

But TBH I've been bit by a horse and it was worse than any of 'em  😄

Mixed messaging on this:

Dunno if Russell's stance makes any sense here, they IR'd other guys outside the 53...

The most time that he'll miss is 4 games if he gets IR'd after the 4pm deadline. If the IR him now, he's out for the year.

Great news on Robinson, but they need to be active on getting help with the back 7.  They're as thin as they were last year at LB.  Don't know why they didn't address this position in the draft or FA and is beyond baffling

If he suits up for the first game in 2 weeks he will have definitely supplanted Chuck Norris as the baddest dude on the planet!

When Brian Robinson does a push up, he doesn't move his body up; he moves the Earth down.

What? How? Tendons/ligaments/cartilege are all jammed in there and all important. I did not think there was space for a bullet to go through and not mess things up.

@TheShredder explain please!

Yeah, none of my/our damn business but would love to see the x-ray.

concur though, paging Shredder for the breakdown
