Has your team support wained due to ownership or can you see past it?

  1. 1. Will you attend a game and support the team while Dan Snyder is the owner of the team, regardless of success?

    • Yes
    • No
    • I would start attending games if Dan was no longer the owner of the team.

If the nfl chickens out and fails to remove Dan; then they have to suggest a gm.

The commissioner mediated with the Giants when they hired George Young.

What’s to stop Dan and his cronies from menacing this new GM or sabotaging his or her efforts? We keep acting like this organization isn’t a snake pit filled with entitled and toxic VPs, executives, and family members. They’d make life for this GM or anyone else they perceive a threat or “outsider” a living hell here. How long before this person just flat out quits or, worse, gets sucked into the infectious culture?

The only solution is to clean house. Get rid of Dan, his family, his colleagues, his people, and pretty much anyone he had a hand in hiring.

The owners have to be starting to realize that parachuting anyone else into Ashburn isn't going to fix anything, and that their Dan problem isn't going to disappear down the memory hole so that they can "get back to business." It's gone too far for that.

You just can't make this stuff up:

Tanya Snyder caps address to fans by invoking the team’s former name

So, basically, the team thinks it’s OK to periodically use the nickname that was retired due to the fact that it had become a dictionary-defined slur. On special occasions only, apparently

From PFT, by the way.

If you hold up a sign that says “sell the team” and the stadium security tells you to take it down, isn’t that a violation of your 1st amendment rights?

Garbage move per usual, but no, it's not a violation of the 1st amendment.

Fed ex is private property. They can pretty much remove whoever they want unfortunately.

I'd love to see protests at the stadium but the stadium n parking lot are private property which would make that rather difficult.

No. In simple terms, the First Amendment protects you from the government infringing on your right to free speech, with some stipulations and exceptions.

FedEx Field and Dan Snyder’s Washington Commanders staff can enforce whatever restrictions on self-expression or freedom of speech that they’d like on their own premises, as long as they don’t discriminate against a protected class in doing so. That does not however protect them from the ramifications of those actions and how they are perceived, so let’s hope it brings even more attention to the signs the fans had and the issue of selling the team in general.

The eternal hell of Ron Rivera. Win enough to be mediocre but not good enough to do anything and not be bad enough to have a high draft pick.

Well to be fair, if they were bad enough to have a high draft pick they would mess that up too so not sure it matters.

Death by getting the little things wrong all the time. It just keeps happening.

Well it's not like Moseley was the only kicker in history to win the league's MVP (while rocking a sweet perm) so what does junior care?

Come on, young man! The culture is good!

So embarrassing the way they keep rolling out the alumni as a gimmick and then disrespecting them through sheer negligence and lack of attention to detail. Over and over and over.

Pathetic attempts at Snyder trying to take credit for what Gibbs, Bethard, and Cooke accomplished.

And The Squire. For all his faults with the whole Marlene fiasco. Not leaving the team to John, etc. He put the right people in place and got out of their way.
