You mean, Obama convinced Iran to shut down most of their uranium enrichment program, and open up the remaining to international inspection, to make sure that they stop short of weapons grade, in exchange for lifting sanctions that weren't actually in effect? No one ever implied otherwise. This is from a BBC article, dating back to 2016: Quote Uranium enrichment: Iran can operate 5,060 first generation centrifuges, configured to enrich uranium to 3.67%, a level well below that needed to make an atomic weapon. It can also operate up to 1,000 centrifuges at its mountain facility at Fordow - but these cannot be used to enrich uranium. People living outside the right wing echo chamber were aware of this. And cement was indeed poured into their reactors that produced weapons grade plutonium (understanding details can be hard for some people, so that’s understandable).
