  1. 1. Should Donald Trump be impeached for obstruction of justice?

Might have a NDA. It's hard to see this as him leaving on his own. From the abrupt sign off to being escorted by security.

An NDA wouldnt require that he lie and say things that werent true.  He would have made up an entire story telling Fox weeks ago he was leaving and them trying to convince him to stay.

Why would they fire him first, then put him on air?  It would be different if his contract were expiring.  Normally when you fire somebody with cause, you dont ask them to do their job first

Anyone that shows any type of support for the Nazi that is trump is complicit in the horror that is his presidency.

Not really, but that's your opinion so I cant stop you.  There are some things Trumps not wrong on, but how he executes that kinda nullifies it so it's like he was never right in the first place.

Standing up to China, good idea. Trade war with them with no clear end goal, bad idea.  Calling out NATO for not paying fair share, good idea.  Threatening to leave because of it, bad idea.

Either way, you really shouldnt take twa seriously unless hes being serious.  You gonna get a headache dealing with someone that's trying to give you one, that's your call.

I completely agree with this post. I don't take him or any other trump troll serious as usually that lack the mental capacity to put forth valid discussions. I supported trump's trade war, but in typical trump fashion he lacks the mental capacity to do anything in the right way.

I do think though that those that support him are complicit in what he is doing by showing support for someone who is actively destroying the nation. trump pays a lot of attention to polling, and if it went more against him, he would change the manner that he does things. Those that support him are not for the best interest of this nation, because trump is only for trump.

1)  Remember when we used to get insulted when our enemies called us mercinaries?

2)  And the odds of the Saudis actually paying us for our military are about the same as Mexico paying for the wall, or China paying for Trump's tariffs.

 Wow.

I just stumbled onto this thread, and skimmed through a little, and read some of the comments of the different catch-phrases and name-calling, and I shake my head in disbelief.

But when people start calling others hateful and hurtful names it just fortifies the fact that pretty much everyone has no idea whats going on in the WH. and they're reacting off of false claims and heresay on both sides.

Politicians are criminals, period. Democrat and republican. There are people on staff who know exactly what to release to the public to get citizens up in arms about any particular topic, and people take sides and begin attacking each other and drawing their own conclusions on very limited information, which often turns out to be incorrect.

Hate is hate, period. If anyone wants to take an honest legal look into ANY politician, and bring up an offense that has been documented, every single person in DC would be on trial.  But this would never happen because there will always be bias in play, and therefore hypocrisy.

When you’ve spent your entire life voting for criminals...likely because you’re a gullible moron...you’re always quick to let everyone know that all “politicians are criminals”.

Liz Warren is no criminal.  Neither is Bernie Sanders.  Neither is Barack Obama.  Neither was John McCain.  I’ve met Tim Kaine on several occasions and the dude is the salt of the earth.

Take your “both sides” Russian propaganda nihilism and go drink some bleach.  The adults are trying to save the country now.

Where's the civility? :806:

I sure hope I'm allowed to see both sides.

Problem is, some of our elected officials go into office dirt poor & manage to become millionaires before leaving, with meager salaries. Unless there are book sales or something, that shouldn't happen...even through investments it would suggest insider trading. Something criminal is probably going on there...I think maybe that's what he was saying?

Sorry to derail.

I have to say, as someone that just finished running for office against the establishment in Raleigh, this is pretty much 100 percent accurate. It’s way worse than people think. I watched “progressives” sell out immediately to take big money from an anti-gay, Trump supporting big time developer in Raleigh. I see people justify it as that’s what is necessary to run a race. But you see the promises a slate of “progressive” candidates made to give tax money to a billionaire to help build a stadium.

The staff part is also true and that includes city staff. For months a scooter company wasn’t able to deploy in Raleigh (this was a dumb local Issue) then miraculously two days after the election all glitches were fixed and they deployed. Another big issue, staff waited until after the election to advance a policy of building shelters at bus stops with at least 10 riders at a stop. This easily could’ve been decided a few months ago but it would’ve helped the incumbents.

Having run for office, I fully understand how Trump was elected. People justify anything as long as their candidate wins.

But I think if he thought he were unduly fired because of Trump administration influence, he would say it.

Seems plausible that being one of the few liberal, anti-Trumps on the network is probably tough sledding and exhausting.

Let’s pump the breaks. Shep Smith is NOT a liberal. He is a Neo-Con/Never Trump Republican.

Well to be fair, when he said “us”, he wasn’t specific that he was talking about the United States of America. Could’ve been him and Jared for all we know.

Firstly, the hateful and hurtful names have been earned. Trump has quoted Nazis and White Nationalists repeatedly, embraced, their policies, invited them to the White House, put them on his staff, set up interment camps, etc.

Secondly, both sides are not remotely the same. The easiest proof of this is to look at the Obama Administration and the Trump Administration and see how many members of each have been jailed for wrongdoing. Hint: Obama’s number was 0 over eight years.
