This backfield is garbage, what are you talking about? And if Perine is seriously hurt, forget it. These are a bunch of JAGs.

I got a idea lets go get Barry Sanders. I mean come on Peterson is done. If Perine is alright the team is alright. Perine will be the lead back in my opinion. The o-line was hurt last year. Thats what needs to stay healthy this year.

Small sample, was focusing on D line -- Lanier on one running play was pushed like 4 years downfield by the Jets guard on another play he wreaked some pass rushing havoc.  He might still be the pass rushing specialist -but not who you want in obvious run downs -- but again small sample, I'll keep watching him.

tackling high means that the player stays upright.  He can't fall forward for additional yards

yea, im going to have to disagree. didn't work too week for Johnson there. huge case for injury and getting trucked.

runner cant go anywhere w/o their legs.

I also said Peterson was done. But just because AD is done, doesnt mean this is a good backfield. Banged up oline or not, these are still JAGs. It's not about the line or the holes. These guys run right into their blockers 4/5 carries. No vision, no patience. Chris Thompson was one of the best RBs in the league behind that same line. Because he's good. These just aren;'t good players.
