Newera
Greene has a running style very similar to Chris Johnson and Jamal Charles. A smooth gait and flow. But can really make players miss. He's smaller. I was bummed we didn't get Ferguson. Now I think Scott may have gotten the right guy. They said they needed a running back who could make players miss in the open field. They may have gotten one the best. He gonna be the buzz today. Has an uphill battle. Cuz Jay loves him some Thompson. Scotty Mac da man!
Newera
Northrup and Daniels are some thumper inside backers. When they hit you -- you just stop. Ioannidis is Scotts new Justin Smith. He buildin that hard nosed edge. Don't we have like 11 picks next year. DC Risin.
Chump Bailey
I'm really surprised to see RB Marshaun Coprich go undrafted and unsigned Juhrell Pressley too. I'd love the Redskins to give those guys a shot.

Burgold
I think some of the agents for the udfa centers did their team if disservice (unless the 'skins didn't contact them) There is a pretty good chance for a center to make the roster. Ribs did okay in pass protection, not so good in run blocking, and his snapping was scattershot. Reiter is a question mark after being on the PS last year, and the best of the bunch, Lich, is an undersized journeyman. You want to place your clients where they have a good shot to get paid. CommDownMan
While we may see C as a need, an agent seeing list, rib, Rieters on the depth chart and talk of trying long I don't think you can say they didn't consider.
Panamon28
Travis Greene is NICE! He has a legit shot of sticking on the roster. I thought that we would draft a scatback as insurance given Thompson's injury history....looks like Greene could be that guy...pretty small 5' 10", 190 but he looks quick and pretty fast. Good rushing and receiving career stats too. Anyone see a legit 40 time for him?

adamyesme1111
Travis Greene is nice. Youtube him. So what we need. I also like Keith Marshall we got in the 7th round who ran the 4.31 (after his injury!). Is his injury business all settled? No surgeries or anything else? I watched his highlights and I was astounded to see him just zip past the defenses the way he was against SEC talent also. He almost looked like an 8 year old kid running against 6 year old kids! PS I know the saying is a man among boys, but come on; he wasn't THAT fast. bird_1972
Walterfootball.com has Jack Allen signing with Saints and Matt Skura signing with Ravens. So, as it stands, either Lichty, LeRibeus, Long or Rieter will be snapping for Skins next year. Hail. Bummer. This will come back to haunt us. bird_1972
We made the playoffs with Kory and LeRib snapping for us last year Yeah but our running game was ****. We were beneficiaries of a lights-out year by Kirk and a weak division. Was hoping we would strengthen a major weakness (interior OL) in the draft this year. Our goal is to be better than 9-7 in a terrible division and then one and done in the playoffs though. We need better players. Justice, You beat me to it ... JCB
I also wanted us to come out of the draft with a center, but I'd hardly say interior OL as a whole is a "major weakness." Lauvao was playing really well the first few weeks before his injury (and, significantly, we were piling up running yards) and Scherff is a major upgrade. Hopefully someone can play consistently at center this year.

Hopefully someone can play consistently at center this year. I'm shocked at how comfortable people are of another year of Lavauo. His first year, he was basically a disappointment. He was pretty good the first couple games last year, but now he's coming off about 100 leg/ankle surgeries. It would seem to be a pretty big gamble and leap of faith that we'll see the best of Lavuao going forward. If LG is a competition between him, Long, and Kouandjio, IMO, that's concerning. And C isnt any more settled. Lichtensteiger is probably serviceable, but if you're trying to get better, there should be somebody other than Leribius or Long in the mix. That's why I was hoping they could coax Jack Allen to come here.

Who do they remind you of? I'm in no way shape of form saying he is him, but any safety, even cravens, if I even see a tackle or a play that reminds me of him I get a tingle.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFX6gLNxheU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0mh3g3nO2Y Ugh, still don't know how to post video here..
