China Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 FWB kayaker tries to launch boat, submerges SUV instead (PHOTOS) FORT WALTON BEACH — A man trying to launch a kayak from Liza Jackson Park on Wednesday accidentally drove into the water, submerging both his vehicle and the kayak still strapped to the roof. The incident led officials to temporarily close the boat ramp about 3 p.m. According to Fort Walton Beach Police Department spokesman Doug Rainer, the man was sitting in his Mitsubishi Outlander at the boat ramp when his foot slipped off the brake. As his vehicle rolled front-end first down the ramp, he panicked and slammed his foot onto the gas instead of the brake. Ty Kelley, 55, was arrested by Pinellas Park Police on Wednesday on a petit theft charge after police say he stole a $6.98 bottle of wine. (WFLA) – Deputies are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who has been caught on camera several times masturbating at a construction site in Hillsborough County. The sheriff’s office released a surveillance image Monday of an unknown man accused of trespassing on a posted construction site and performing sexual acts on himself. He is a white man with short dark hair who deputies believe is between 29 to 35 years old. KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A distraught Winter Garden woman’s account of a stranger’s fatal, single-punch attack on her husband in a Miller’s Ale House in June and the alleged attacker's statement were captured on a deputy’s body-worn camera. The video from the body camera was recently released by prosecutors. Barbara Srinivasan, 35, told a deputy she and her husband were having a disagreement June 4 at Miller’s Ale House at 8123 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in the Four Corners area near Kissimmee when Benjamin Hernandez Jr. intervened. Four Corners is where Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Lake counties meet. The restaurant is in Orange County. In an interview captured on a deputy’s camera, Hernandez, 28, acknowledged he got involved in the couple’s dispute because Srikanth "Shrik" Srinivasan was being disrespectful and needlessly aggressive with Barbara Srinivasan. “I hit him. I didn’t attack him,” Hernandez of Sebring said. “I hit him once and that was it.” Barbara Srinivasan told an Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy she recalls Hernandez used racial slurs for a black person against her husband, who has dark skin because he was from India. “Then the guy just ended up and going and cold-****ing him,” Barbara Srinivasan said. “It was so loud.” Then he collapsed. “He just fell back and hit his head,’’ she recalled through tears. Shrik Srinivasan, 51, was airlifted to Osceola Regional Medical Center in critical condition. A neurologist there opted against surgery, saying Srinivasan was “clinically brain dead." Kissimmee Police said the woman removed her badge, uniform and gun when she went to the bathroom at Kissimmee Charter Academy to make the video for her husband in December. The video, which is heavily blurred, shows the woman asking the recipient what they thought of her video. The video was unearthed after the Osceola County Sheriff's Office investigated a personal incident with the SRO and her husband. An investigation showed that while she was on lunch break, she was subject to recall at any point. Police said she was fired because if a shooting would have happened, she wouldn't have been able to respond. The attack happened Wednesday in Broward Circuit Judge Susan Alspector's courtroom. Albert Narvaez is now also charged with battery for his attack on Broward Assistant State Attorney Andrew Newman. A Broward sheriff's arrest report said urine went inside Newman's mouth and all over his clothing. The report didn't say what kind of container Narvaez used to store the urine in the courtroom. China Posted September 6, 2019 Share Posted September 6, 2019 Florida man arrested in Walmart shooting threat called himself white nationalist in Facebook post, cops say FBI agents waited more than an hour at the Winter Park home of Richard Dean Clayton’s parents before the 26-year-old entered unannounced through the back door. The agents said Clayton, who had threatened to shoot up a Walmart, was “manic” — erratic, paranoid and profane. He went from apologizing to his parents in tears to accusing them of setting him up: “You are choosing the State over me!” He told the agents and detectives he “would [expletive] you up” if they hadn’t put him in handcuffs, they said, and demanded to know how they felt about being part of a “discriminatory quota.” Those details were included in a 77-page report recently filed in Orange County Circuit Court by the Winter Park Police Department. It is seeking to have Clayton banned from owning firearms or ammunition for one year under Florida’s “red flag” law, which allows the government to seize firearms of people deemed dangerous to themselves or others. The new records, filed Aug. 21, also include other posts allegedly made by Clayton, including rants about social media censorship and one in which he describes himself as a white nationalist. Clayton remains in the Orange County Jail on a charge of making a written threat to kill. The name on the Facebook page was Jared Janota, but the phone number used to create the account — provided by the social media service to the FBI in response to an emergency order — belonged to Clayton, according to investigative records. The reason for Clayton’s use of aliases was apparent from his posts, in which he ranted about having to impersonate others because of his main account being “zucced” — an apparent reference to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg — meaning taken down repeatedly. Screen shots of many of the Jared Janota posts, some of which had previously been described in an affidavit for Clayton’s arrest, were included in the documents filed last month. Some posts made reference to an AR-15, the variety of semiautomatic rifle used in many recent mass shootings. In one, a shirtless man agents noted fits Clayton’s description posed with a rifle in front of a Trump banner, while wearing a flag bandanna over his face and holding a bottle of bourbon. “I’d say the worst but also the best part about being white is being selective while dating,” the Nov. 7 post that accompanied the meme said. “Ever since I was a kid I’ve only ever been attracted to my own kind and never found other races appealing.” Agents said he also posted racist memes, including one depicting a white woman with the phase “WHITE PEOPLE there’s NO UPGRADE." His mother said she didn’t believe Clayton capable of carrying out the threat against Walmart, instead suggesting the was a product of her son’s “off sense of humor” and social awkwardness, a statement by Winter Park Detective Amy DiCarlo shows. His mother said Clayton struggled to make friends growing up and “often makes inappropriate jokes.” Both parents said they were uncomfortable with their son having guns. His mother said Clayton had years ago been addicted to drugs and alcohol, but was currently attending court ordered counseling for driving under the influence. Records show Clayton was suspected of being intoxicated last Sept. 30, when he was accused of swimming into the center of the course at the Clearwater Super Boat National Championship — while the high-speed boat-racing event was going on. A Pinellas County deputy wrote that Clayton appeared to duck under a race boat as it drove over him at about 100 mph. The U.S. Coast Guard halted the race so he could be removed. When deputies tried to fish him out of the water, they said he got naked. He was described as lewd and belligerent during his arrest.
