ADF
There was a point (back in the day) when each starting RB for our NFC East rivals was a former Redskin fan. Tiki Barber, Brian Westbrook, and Julius Jones. OH SNAP!!! :rubeyes:36westbrook Brian Westbrook At the Redskins game!! Let's go skins! Still feels weird saying that -forgot that he grew up a Skins fan!!
Laxpunk2006
No problem man, I have as well. I want to see as many young guys out there as possible. If Hankerson is starting, then Paul must be in line for significant reps as well, because he's been ahead of Hankerson this whole time. I would think a large part of Paul being ahead of Hankerson on the depth chart had to do with his ST ability. It's easier to justify activating a raw WR on gameday if he can help on ST and run blocking in addition to the passing game vs. a guy like Hankerson that is more one dimensional. That being said I hope you are right and they both see significant playing time today.

You could be right, although Paul did get his number called in the passing game a couple times, and Shanahan seems to love him. Hope they both play, and play well, today! Est.1974
Great news. Hank could of had 2 scores last week. I predict we see Beck getting another chance on that deep ball to Hank early in the game.

skins island connection
I was beginning to wonder why Helu was doing his Chuck Muncie impersonation! Gotta wrap that ball up better son, especially when you're within a step of 3 49er tacklers...

TD_washingtonredskins
Hankerson has looked good todayHelu is making dumb dumb mistakes I'm still happy to see them both out there. I'd rather see mistakes this season rather than getting marginally more solid play from veterans.

Skins199021
I guess we know Helu can catch...... haha I like Helu but he needs to gain about 15-20 pounds (of mostly muscle), then I think he can be really good. He is fast, can catch, but can't really break tackles.... yet at least

MonkFan8
Hankerson looks like the player I thought he would be when we picked him. We just need a QB that can throw the ball. Helu had some growing pains, but I still think he'll be very solid.

#98QBKiller
The good news is that both Hankerson and Helu look like capable starters if we ever get a decent QB and some OL depth.
