SonOfWashington
This movie came out today. Has anyone seen it yet? I'm skeptical, especially after seeing this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNl3j3Snkbs SNl3j3Snkbs

Destino
I'm skeptical because M Night Shamamalalalala has made some horrible movies (it's the trees!!!) lately and because this latest creation has a 7% rating on rotten tomatoes. 7 friggin percent. Burgold
Aargh... that was a painful review clip. Shame. I really dig the cartoon.
Hooper
Maybe he should make another movie with Mel Gibson.
visionary
That was depressing to watch. The series was so good.

Jrew1223
He has to have something juicy on certain members of motion pictures studios because there is no logical reason why they keep letting him make movies.
TheDoyler23
I loved Unbreakable, Sixth Sense and Signs. I even dug The Village. But what the hell happened to this guy? Mermaids? Running from trees? ****ing up a friggin cartoon kids movie? Sheesh.
PokerPacker
Only two good movies I can think of from him: The 6th Sense and Unbreakable
Hooper
He has to have something juicy on certain members of motion pictures studios because there is no logical reason why they keep letting him make movies. Up until this point, all his movies have been made at a very reasonable cost and have made money. Yes, even the Happening.
Opiate-Zeo
Yeah, I was looking forward to this movie. Guess I'll wait for rental on it now. I saw the reviews. I'm not sure how you can mess this story up. The sixth sense and Unbreakable were awesome, everything just declines after that.

I'll just add it to the list of evidence that there really is a sucker born everyday in this country
chipwhich
Funny, my 10 year old loves the cartoon and thought the movie was outstanding. I didn't know it was for adults. My wife thought it was ok, but said you need to understand the cartoon to enjoy it. Take your kids

Chachie
His first 2 were great. I think Unbreakable may be in my personal top 10-15 all time. I liked Signs but didn't feel the same. Village was just plain silly and I've never been able to reckon Lady in the Water. I was hoping Airbender would be good because M. Night didn't invent the concept. The sad thing is that I'll go see it regardless. M.Night wins.
No Excuses
The Happening is the worst movie I have ever seen. People are saying this is worse than The Happening. Pass.
styx491
"Despite flashy special effects, The Last Airbender squanders the potential of its popular source material on an incomprehensible plot, laughable dialogue, and a joyless sense of detachment." Currently at 8% http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/last_airbender/ Compared to Twilight which is at 50%, this looks like a turd wrapped in bacon made of poo. GhostofSparta
Ditto. Forgot all about the Happening. Almost as though it never... (wait for it)... happened. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Ok, so this doesn't seem like the kind of movie to have a big twist since it's based on a successful kids' TV series, so why is M. Night the one working on it? He just seems like a bad fit for it.
