Red cabbage and red onions "shocked" with a spicy hot apple cider gastrique. Cooled. Roasted and butternut squash & sweet potatoes cubes: tossed with pearl onions and brussels sprouts roasted with bacon and brown sugar...a touch of butter too. Meiome Pinot for the game...
