nope. Not gonna pretend it’s normal for a dude to look even remotely competent against this D (if they’re gonna live up to the hype) given the newness and lack of talent of Dobbs. He should look like a complete joke (and to be fair maybe the rest of the game he will). Until the last few plays he looked straight up comfortable because Del Rio would rather wait for a mistake than force one. It’ll work fine against Dobbs (see the coverage sack that just happened) but I’ve seen it fail against better QBs for years now

Somewhere in the middle, it’s been far from fluid, but then again how many times have we looked awesome week 1 then been garbage the rest of the way

Now that the mob has calmed down a little can I point out that Gibson had zero fumbles in 15 games last year.

 

To me he just doesn't look like the same shifty quick twitch player he once was but the fumbling wasn't an issue last year.
