Although, my expectation is?  He'll try to flee, first. 

I thought i read in NY State mug shots only go public if the subject becomes a fugitive and runs. Also < if he has to give a DNA sample can that be used in the civil case of the alleged rape of the woman in the dressing room in NYC? I think hes got to sit for depostion in two weeks?

Jury selection for that trial starts in 2 weeks....

There's a brewery down the street from me that provides free popcorn.  Would be the ideal place to watch this go down, but they don't have any TVs.
