Marred himself by switching to a division rival and never doing anything there. The writing was on the wall before he left. Art Monk was an Eagle his final year in the league and it didn't have an impact on how he's remembered. The team got rid of him, it's not like Kerrigan demanded a trade to get out of town or anything. 4 1

slinky
Now it's time for the Commanders to honor Bryan Kergigan in style with a classy photo opp with the most immaculate port potties they can find. NoVaSkins21
Until J. Allen and Terry came along, the Showstopper was one of the few brightspots in terms of draft picks. Edited July 31, 2022 by NoVaSkins21

The Rook
Ryan Kerrigan was class - on and off the field. Thank you and success on your future. The Rook
AlvinWaltonIsMyBoy
Love me some Ryan Kerrigan. Dude is Ring of Honor bound and rightfully so. Maybe our most consistently underrated great. 1

Warhead36
If Young and Sweat had Kerrigan's technique they'd be 15+ sack guys already.
NoCalMike
Does Kerrigan have HOF stats to comparable DE's? Kerrigan has one of those careers where he was always consistent in what he did and how he played, but does he have any of those crazy outstanding seasons that puts him among the league's elite or was it more stringing together season after season of good, but not great stats? If it is the later, does that type of career still get you in regardless if your career totals are right there with your peers? Does it matter how your career totals are compiled? Conn
Kerrigan will never get HOF consideration, and that’s okay. He shouldn’t. He wasn’t that level of player, but he was a very good, consistent player for Washington in an era when we had very few. I assume he’d be seen as a compiler rather than a game changer and that’s fine too.
