Accidentally ordered a “signature” burger with peanut butter on it once. Super busy joint so instead of sending it back, I just smashed it and yeah…not bad at all. But I’ve never ordered a burger with peanut butter since then. As fas as steak and eggs go, you can definitely get a good plate…but I’ll always opt for a smoked salmon eggs Benedict instead. Steak, eggs and hashbrowns/diced potatoes with hot sauce on the eggs and a nice cold Guinness for brunch is the way to go. 2 1

I think some things are an acquired taste, kinda like guacamole. I've also never had a child, so I don't know about baby ****, but that's what I first thought of guac...now, I love the stuff. 1

I guess if you drown it out with other flavors it might be adequate but with a little water and sugar it left a lot to be desired.

d0ublestr0ker0ll
I liked Makers Mark too. Them high end whiskeys are insane tho. You get used to them, I can imagine downgrading is off-putting. Makers Mark seems like it's to whiskey as Lagunitas is to beer. High end mediocre spectrum.

PleaseBlitz
Makers is my go-to for making ****tails like Old Fashioneds. This is based on doing a blind tasting of every mass-market bourbon available in Virginia ABC stores. It tied with Bulleit. For drinking bourbon neat, I go a bit higher on price point, but I have to go into DC to get anything like that. I would not say that "Makers sucks" in any sense of the word and am perfectly happy drinking it neat.

skinsmarydu
And it ran another $500 to haul everything away, we couldn't try to hide it...so $1150 for a great yard. Worth it.
