It's exciting and suspenseful wondering whether the guys will be feeling like playing with focus and passion the whole game or just sort of however they feel at the time and subject to where their head's at in the moment on everything in general. Pins and needles here.

We need to move Rodgers off his spot today.  Now, he's normally one of the best outside the pocket and on the move, but with that knee, he'll be less nimble or he'll be one bad step on that rainy, wet turf from Kizer trotting on the field.  Get him avoiding the rush and I get the feeling that knee is an RG3 kind of ticking time bomb situation.

It's a Special Teams move, not absence of confidence.

LANDOVER, Md. – The Washington Redskins have announced the following inactives and lineup change for today’s game against the Green Bay Packers:

 

The Redskins declared the following players as inactive:

o   No. 17 WR Michael Floyd

o   No. 30 S Troy Apke

o   No. 32 RB Samaje Perine

o   No. 39 CB Adonis Alexander

o   No. 74 T Geron Christian Sr.

o   No. 77 Shawn Lauvao

o   No. 99 DL Caleb Brantley

 

No. 66 Tony Bergstrom is expected to start in place of No. 73 Chase Roullier at center.

No. 73 Chase Roullier is expected to start in place of No. 77 Shawn Lauvao at left guard.

 

On your flip card for the Redskins, please omit No. 19 WR Breshad Perriman and add No. 46 RB Kapri Bibbs. On Saturday, the Redskins waived Perriman and promoted Bibbs, a 5-11, 203-pound third-year veteran out of Colorado State, from the team’s practice squad.

 

The Packers declared the following players as inactive:

o   No. 8 QB Tim Boyle

o   No. 19 WR Equanimeous St. Brown

o   No. 20 CB Kevin King

o   No. 22 RB Darius Jackson

o   No. 27 S Josh Jones

o   No. 70 T/G Alex Light

No. 23 Jaire Alexander is expected to start in place of No. 20 Kevin King at cornerback.
