Im not a doctor but once every few years get a client w TOS. 2 clients to be exact. Sounds like you have some exposure. I had a TOS client whose arm would go numb if she raised it above her shoulder area. If she was driving, she couldnt use that arm to turn the wheel if it required her arm going above her elbow/shoulder level,she said it would immediately feel very heavy and almost unresponsive. Very hard to diagnose. Basically you go from orthos to neuros to pain mngt to maybe a physiologist ... it takes years of seeing various specialized doctors not figuring it out until someone throws their hands up and says "well maybe its TOS". There are only a few TOS specialists in MD. They are really the only ones who can come close to having an objective diagnosis. They stick a needle in the scalene and see if it reproduces the pain/symptoms and if it provides short term relief. My other client I heard waited a few year to have surgery and it went very well.I heard surgery for TOS has really improved over the past few years. Im glad TOS is getting exposure.

Im the last person to ask. The only model I liked kinda stopped being made. They changed the model but when I got a new one it was a lemon and wouldnt charge. Yup, I think this year is the window for a hopeful Sweet 16 appearance. The twins should help but I dont see them being anywhere near a Bruno of Sticks level. Freshman Lindo has some surprising height (6'7") and fluid game. Not sure he can bang down low. With Cowan, Ayala, Wiggins, Morsell, Smith, Lindo etc we can put together a good small lineup that should at least be able to compete. We have somewhat of a connection with that "basketball academy" in spain or somewhere that got us some international guys and we did just take our int'l trip, which I assume we booked through the that "basketball academies" travel agency .. hopefully there is a decent big in the pipe line for us. This is the year to make some noise imo.

Great effort. Putting up 71 on Virginia might be the most they give up all year. UVA really dictated defensive rotations with their screens, getting the match ups they wanted. Cowan is a plus plus defender but they had him closing out late on Jerome or Guy who were spotting up for 3s. Terps needed to do a better job of talking and marking the correct man. Too many times, after a couple of high screens a terp player or two would be lost and UVA would find the open guy. Or they would close out on a 3 too hard and leave a guy open underneath. Bruno often would come for the double and try to gt the block, leaving his guy unmarked who would clean up the boards off a miss. Bruno maybe a little too aggressive trying to come over. Ayala has the primary ball handler. I like it, he usually makes the right safe decision but occassionally he would force a dribble drive. I think Cowan coming off the ball is going to limit Cowans stats some. Seems like he wasnt fully engaged without the ball in his hands. Second unit that came in around 10 min mark of 1st half - tough to watch. all flow was gone. Ideally either Bruno or Sticks should be on the floor at all times. They both got subbed out.

Bum rushing the border fence, bum rushing the lanes for vehicle crossing and throwing rocks and objects ..... not helping the cause. I wouldnt blame Trump for shutting down the Ysidro border and then the locals TJ residents are going to be real pissed bc a lot of them have day passes and wait in a line for hours and hours to cross for work during day then head back to TJ at night. That crossing is a real important economic life line. Im for enforcing our current immigration laws. Im for not allowing groups of people to bum rush our border and just get in and then disappear.
