But who will be coaching him next year? That may depend on what the organization looks like structurally. I’ve always thought if named GM, Kyle Smith would be pretty good. Wouldn’t at all mind seeing what he can do. He was going on earlier today about how Doug refers to many things that if he was really empowered as his title says, should be in his lane as outside of his lane.
