Two womens at the Women's March climbing stuff to get away from the mass of humanity that you can't see...

That march was crazy in ATL. I was expecting a few thousand people, but it was just a sea of humanity. In fact, I'd bet there were almost as many people as attended Dump's inauguration. ;)

Need some stress management? This thread can work. Inspiration? You bet. Works for me.  Thanks for sharing gang. :)

Okay. This one was taken last Fall. Late October to be exact. By this time I had taken a decent fall,(being stupid),and had almost ruing the camera and my knee. Had to take some needle nose pliers to get the filter holder off,but everything still worked. This particular a.m. found me at this waterfall trying to take advantage of the "golden hour" which in this case,is more of a half hour since this waterfall faces right at the sunrise. Anyway. A few minutes after this one was taken,I set up on a large boulder and noticed the moon making an appearance behind the waterfall. Quickly got my filters out and then promptly dummied up in my hurry to beat the Sun. Didn't take the camera off the tripod. Yep. I bumped it. Down it went. Camera hit hard,(filter ring holder will not come off),and slid in to the water. LCD screen of course, didn't work after that. Now I have an app on my phone that allows me to control the camera and gives me a live view,(and I've used it several times since then),and there are viewers I can attach to the flash mount and will act as the LCD screen,(many videographers and photographers use them),but couldn't afford the monitor and repair was too expensive as well. So decided to motor on. Figured this was a great time to really learn about the camera and hopefully improve my photography. Took me back to the film days. Meter the lights and darks and figure the right settings. Then click. Sometimes a few different exposures to to make sure. Then wait to "expose"  them to see how I did. Though I "cheated" a few times and used the app to see how I did before leaving the area/ Won't lie,it's been fun too. Monitor is on the way now and I'm saving for a new lens.

I recently bought a house still in Ormond Beach, inland from where I was living before. My back yard boarders a dirt service road bordered by tall trees and with a large wooded area near by. I have the coolest neighbors.... Hawks. Lots of them.

Just outside my office/studio window...
