The George W Bush administration was actually sued in 2007 by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) after 22 million such private emails never made it to the government and simply disappeared. "They don't want anyone ever to be able to come back and see what was going on behind the scenes," CREW Director Melanie Sloan told Newsweek at the time. Jumbo Posted January 25, 2017 Share Posted January 25, 2017 interesting interview of the former chief of border patrol security (dept within homeland, i believe, but not sure) spent two of the last three years (if I heard correctly) on the border, and is one of the higher-ranking guys in that turf under Oh-Bamma! he is another "person who's been living up and down the border" who says the physical wall deal is a huge waste and won't work...but more of note, he left office 12:01 on The Day, having never received one phone call as head of that dept from anyone on the trump team to ask questions or even talk at all...maybe they didn't know the position or the office existed (being serious)...
