This is my agency.  Morgan was an odd hire, it is rare that the Chief of Border Patrol is not someone who has risen through the ranks, so to speak.  Hiring someone from outside who has never spent a day patrolling the Border was an interesting move.  I don't work directly for Border Patrol, but it had something so do with cleaning up the way they acted.  There were a lot of strong opinions both ways.  We just got the e-mail ourselves via our agency wide mailing list.  I'll be curious to see who takes that over, since we don't even have a CBP commissioner at the moment.
