Captain Wiggles
The Wet Aged Bone-In Ribeyes from the Chicago Steak Company I got my mom for Christmas didn't disappoint. 😋 Neither did the salmon I gots my dad from the Fulton Fish Market. Didn't have any of it as I'm not a big salmon fan. Looking forward to the tuna n crab cakes tho.

skinsmarydu
Soaked a sirloin in Worcestershire sauce, added Old Bay & pepper on the Foreman. Smothered, of course, with pesto rotini & veggies, Italian bread. 6

LadySkinsFan
Cooked some ribs in the oven, bare with just salt for an hour at 300°, then with bbq sauce for another 30 minutes at the same temp. Very tender. I made my own bbq sauce with ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, garlic and onion powder, and liquid smoke. 7
China
Did the low and slow with reverse sear on the rib roast. First time I've cooked one that way. Worked very well. I will probably use that method exclusively going forward. 3 1

It's easy and pretty much impossible to screw up 😎 2
The 12th Commandment
Roast chicken, mushroom n leek stuffing, asparagus and roasted veggies. With a kick ass gravy. A very mellow Christmas this year after breakfast with my folks. Just me and Mrs 12th rocking the jammies to home alone. 5

I've got a few weird ambidextrous traits. I throw a baseball left handed, and a football right handed. I shoot pool left handed and golf right handed. But since I both eat and write with my left hand, I consider myself left handed.
LadySkinsFan
Jicama corn salad and chicken nuggets. I used pico de gallo instead of standing around dicing tomatoes and onions, I did add a small avocado with some lime juice. Instead of fresh corn off the cob, I used frozen corn. I often use shortcuts so what I make takes less time but tastes the same. It's cool and refreshing. I've never used jicama before and I like it! 1
Skinsfan1311
I'm smoking a ham for the tailgate tomorrow* Coated with mustard, and a mix of brown sugar & rub & slow smoking over a mix of apple, pecan & cherry woods. I just spritzed it with OJ, covered it with more rub mixture wrapped & stuck it back in the grill. Gonna pull it off when the internal temp hits 140° *yes..we still go to games😎 2
