The Sisko
I at least find solace in the fact that if this were to occur near you in similar fashion, you and your set of balls would be able to take at least one of them downI think he and his set of balls might shrivel up upon realizing that his pop gun is no match against AKs and RPGs. But if he's willing to be a hero and take one of 'em with him who are we to argue? Just better be sure not to screw up and accidentally target a cop and inadvertently become part of the terrorist gang.I'm well aware, I was raised muslim, glad I left. Islam's problem is that most muslim's use the unchanged nature of the koran as a talking point when discussing their religions validity over others. Little do they realize time has left them FAR behind. You change the koran, and you might as well crap all over their faith. Weird thing, rarely do muslims follow the koran in absolutes, so why not, you know, start allowing for modern changes.I think it's important to draw a distinction between the radicals and your garden variety everyday Muslim. The latter tend to be more conservative than we Westerners but they're far from the violent, blithering Luddite idiots that the Islamofascists are. Moreover, there's probably a lot more socially conservative overlap between both of those and fundy Xtians than many here would like to admit. The Islamofascists suck and they need to be dealt with. However, but for the rule of law in the west, we might see similar behavior from our own fundies. So in addition to the threat they pose, I also see them as a cautionary tale for us here. Sticksboi05
It is pretty impressive, especially when you compare it to the Boston bombing investigation where they didn't have an ID of the suspects until one of them was on a slab in the morgue. If those two hadn't carjacked a car with a GPS tracker who knows how long it would have taken to find them. Umm, both bombers in Boston were ID'd before the shootout in Watertown where one killed the other.
Kosher Ham
On a separate note, I've been thinking: what is it about Islam that makes it so prone to extremism? . Lack of bacon in their diets. It's got to be the reason. Looks like they've ID'd all the attackers. How the heck they did that so quickly, who knows; I thought they'd have a much more difficult time ID'ing them. I could possibly understand the ID's left in the car thing...but why even take IDs with you to the crime ? Facial recognition is used at SB's and all of the Las Vegas casinos. Many times all they need to see is your eyes.

The first question is "what did I do to deserve this?" and it's usually followed by a grand list of meaningless things that are just terrible and needing immediate confession. It's no surprise that they'd view other things things way. Here's the thing though, it doesn't stop them from demanding justice... they just want to make sure that following any bad situation (or good one, for that matter) everyone is left feeling guilty and awful. This kind of bitterness grows on you though, kind of like coffee. Coffee that makes you feel guilty that you drank it instead of sending the cost of it to those poor hungry children. FrFan
I hope they find these mentally challenged douche ****s and give em a slow....slowwwwwww....death. Police have just identified them, one of the two brothers is a known islamist prick. TV played a video of the slaughtering of the police officer, they first injured him with a few kalachnikov shots, then one of them put a bullet in his head while he was laying on the ground. Sickening shocking barbary.
FrFan
On a separate note, I've been thinking: what is it about Islam that makes it so prone to extremism? . That's their koran, when you find words / expressions such as misbelievers, charia, you will attack the misbeliever at the throat, looting, machism to the extreme, intolerance. We had our own war of religions our wrongdoings, but we've learned from that, they still live in barbaric ages. Their religious authorities have never tried to erased these words for good in the koran.
Kosher Ham
Must be tough for our Muslim brothers in situations like this. I can't imagine their disgust with this type of situation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jgaN3RtSE4 My response would be swift and extremely effective. Satire is worth killing and dying over ???? Double-edged sword indeed. This is not the 1400's. Ugh. Sorry for our family in France for their losses.
Kosher Ham
It disgusts me that people are willing to kill people for such ridiculous things. It's a ****ing cartoon. Pull out the Rodney King video...can't we all just... Do you. I do not care for one second about someone's religion, race, culture, sex, sexual orientation, handicaps, etc. We are all people. I appreciate the differences and learn about them (not experiment with them, let's not get cute). Stupid is the only thing that sets me off. Stupid people. There is nothing worse in the world. Second worse is people that kill people when it is not needed. I get shooting the guy that breaks in your house or threatens your family or community...but to make a plan to kill. The military rarely does that. Learn something every day. For example: Itchy needs to learn to wrap his ankles or wear different shoes/braces at this point. zoony
^ I agree with that. These Islamic extremists are very sensitive to criticism of their ideals/religion. . It's not th extremists. It's mainstream Islam. But nobody wants to talk about that

autoidiodyssey
Umm, both bombers in Boston were ID'd before the shootout in Watertown where one killed the other. Really? CNN doesn't seem to have it reported that way. From CNN's timeline of events. 1 a.m.: Police, who were tracking the vehicle using its built-in GPS system, pick up the chase in Watertown. The pursuit goes into a residential neighborhood, with the suspects throwing explosives and firing shots at officers, police said. The suspects threw one grenade and five pipe bombs at police chasing them, one FBI and one Department of Homeland Security official told CNN. Three of those explosives detonated, two did not, the officials said. Officers fire back, with Gov. Deval Patrick later estimating that 200 rounds of gunfire were exchanged in the firefight. One suspect is injured. He is later identified as Tamerlan Tsarnaev, and pronounced dead at a hospital. They had a bunch of fuzzy photos of the guys. They didn't have their names or know who they were. That is why the FBI released the photos and asked for help IDing them.

autoidiodyssey
They're saying all 3 left their ID's in the car. Which is fueling the conspiracy theories of false flag/global conspiracy against muslim stuff already. If that is true I can see how that would get the conspiracy people wound up. It seemed like a well planned and executed attack by guys who knew what they were doing. For all 3 to leave IDs behind is pretty strange.
