Jumbo
The Steelers message board has 70 people currently browsing the "Honey Boo Boo" thread. I guess I should add the fact we don't even have one of those to my "positives" list
Heisenberg
how can anyone call this a draw? I'd call it a win for Romney on style and delivery . . . but nothing else. He's twisted facts and outright lied - at least compared to what he has said in the past - quite a few times.
Jumbo
how can anyone call this a draw? I think in any standard manner, it was clearly a win for Romney. Now I won't be surprised if afterwards he's sliced and diced on any number of very smooth answers. But maybe not. He won, though, IMO.
Hubbs
Ugh, that "not entitled to your own facts" line was so transparently one of the "zingers" Romney's been practicing for months, and it fell just as flat as you'd expect that it would. @DCGoldPants
Shouldn't he open up the playbook? Or do you think this is like a pre-season game where he isn't showing his playbook or his type of offense yet? I don't know. Maybe they are thinking Marathon vs. Sprint. Unforgiven
how can anyone call this a draw? There are Obama supporters saying the same thing right now, but they have the polar opposite opinion of who won as you. That is how, people think their guy won. Corcaigh
Fuzzy, vague, generalities. Mitt speaks like a 'Successories' poster. Obama failed to call him on it.

I hardly see any Obama supporters on twitter happy about his performance tonight, most seem pretty disapointed.
ixcuincle
Bill Maher @billmaher Obama made a lot of great points tonight. Unfortunately, most of them were for Romney
88Comrade2000
how can anyone call this a draw? Partisan Republicans will say Romney crushed. Partisan Democrats will say Obama crushed. Everyone else will say it was a draw, because it was. Thing is, a draw isn't good enough for Romney. The superficial things like likeability will hurt Romney. He comes off as a used car salesman and I don't know anyone who likes used car salesman. That superficial thing help get Bush elected twice. or Selected once and Elected once if you prefer. I mean, yeah I am biased, but I also can give a fair review and would give Obama credit if he had been impressive. But he wasn't. He had no energy. He stammered. He said "uh" and "um" hundreds of times. He didn't speak as if he was prepared. He didn't come back at Romney and debate him on what Romney said. No Excuses
They probably got 10 ads worth of flip flops from Mitt. Replay his statements from this debate to stuff he said not too long ago. Used cars salesman. Stick to one position.
visionary
What was that? Obama just had this huge smile when Romney said there are places around the world that are a real concern.
Hersh
how can anyone call this a draw? Seriously, can you explain how Mitt Romney pays for everything? Tax cuts, increased military spending, keeping the best parts of health care, increasing education spending, etc. He claims to want to keep everything good and somehow still cut the debt. thebluefood
I'd call it a win for Romney on style and delivery . . . but nothing else. This. The thing that caught my attention most about this debate was the way Jim Lehrer lost control of the whole thing. Didn't really learn anything new during the debate. SteveFromYellowstone
This is just sad that Romney is continually able to lie and make up this magical pixie dust budget plan he has that does all these great things while staying "revenue neutral"
BRAVEONAWARPATH
how can anyone call this a draw? I agree with you. I think Romney won this debate though I don't think he won as decisively as you probably do. Now was Romney was being honest....that's a different matter entirely. 88Comrade2000
If Romney pulls the upset of all time that Dewey couldn't in 1948; he will be a one term president and it wouldn't shock me if he's not the Republican nominee in 2016. Also, if he pulls the upset; Hillary Clinton will be the winner of the 2016 Election. This debate is a draw but I don't think it did anything to change the dynamics of the race. Obama will be getting 4 more years and the race should be over by 9pm.
