The Buccaneers have another pass catcher under contract for the 2009 season, but it is neither Antonio Bryant nor Michael Clayton – the team’s starting wide receivers during the 2008 campaign who are slated to become free agents on February 27. A week after re-signing Paris Warren, who was out of football in ’08, Tampa Bay has signed another free agent, wide receiver Anthony Mix, who last played for the Washington Redskins during the 2007 season.

He is tall!!!!

Dang, we gave up a diamond in the rough who could be a perennial Pro Bowler with the Bucs.

"The Redskins spent last offseason hyping Mix, but he was released before the season even started. With a history of injuries and a questionable work ethic, he's a long shot to contribute to the Bucs in 2009."

Doesn't sound like a pro bowler in the making.
