I've been going to bed at 11, falling asleep around 11:30, but I've been waking up super early like 5:30-6 when I don't need to. I think I have some kind of mild insomnia.

Dunno what that could be, but it ain't insomnia, trust me lol (I get that 3-5 times a month). Might be what kind of bed you have maybe. As long as you're not having trouble getting to sleep, I would assume whatever is going on is happening to you during certain stages of sleep
