Anything above 65, and I can't fall asleep. Got a portable a/c in the bedroom to drop the temperature down to 63 before I hit the sack, while the rest of the house stays at 70. Doesn't get set higher than 67 during the hot summer months. Similar to Kosh, I keep it anywhere from 65-69 almost all year long. In the winter, I do my my best to not turn on the heat and it will get down to like 59 degrees, wife hates it, but that's some great sleep. When the heat is on, keep that at 65-68 usually.
