Is the stall wall too low to look under?  We've got a single stall joint as well, you can usually see feet when you walk in.  We have a single stall bathroom too, it's my sanctuary.  And I feel violated when I half to poo and somebody's in there.  Sometimes when somebody's in the stall, I'll rip one as loud as I can before walking out to let them know they're trespassing.

When I was in Seattle, the federal bldg. I worked in had a contract with mentally disabled folks to clean the bathrooms.  Fully capable people, but they were a little slow.  I was in there doing work and the cleaning guy came in.  He did the awkward "anybody in here" and I was like "yo!"  He must not have heard me.  He came in and started cleaning.  Pulled on the stall door I was in only to realize it was locked.  He put his eye up to the little hole to look in...... and we made eye contact.  Then he just walked out.  :rofl89:

Haha. I used to have a coworker who would peek through—everyone complained about him doing it.

It's handicap accessible so it's extra deep (the stall). The room itself is not big, so you don't get an angle to see feet unless you bend over. There's a gap on the hinge side and thankfully people have the common sense not to peek through. It's a single stall, but also a urinal and sinks.

The door is rigged too to slowly close, so it won't stay open to signal it's available.

We also have another one that is on one of those motion sensors AND a timer. It timed out after like 4 minutes. Then you were plunged into darkness.

So many jokes to be made from these last few posts...so many. Geez.

Side note: i have no idea what Juneteenth means... but by the presentation, I am pretty sure it is not something I would support.

I had to look it up, it's a holiday that commemorates the end of slavery.

Thanks...still not something to celebrate.

I can say it and not care... it's stupid.

Celebrate the end of ...well that hasn't happened.

Reading comprehension is also a problem, apparently.

I read it. It was you though. Too many details for it to be someone else unless...you were there.

I love when folks challenge my comprehensive levels.

What other problems do you see ?

Being direct ?

Being observant ?

El... not today, I am not the one. Go see what's up in the stadium.

Side Note:

If you can't take a simple joke.

Hmm...

Interesting take, but its also a reminder of how far we've come.  Given it seems sometimes like the only people that care about Black History Month is McDonald's, its good to talk about history every once in a while, all things considered.  You certainly don't have to care if you don't want to.

A: Check the Name change thread.

B: Power is not always obvious. You are smarter than that.

Hmm, not sure if you are joking or serious.

Free black men really don't exist.

Most folks are slaves. Fear makes slavery happen.

You and I are in a different situation. We are the boss of our company.

D: I'm looking in this one... Right now

E: Emancipation of black slaves being held in physical bondage against their will, for hundreds of years, is pretty obvious

F: Your grade, for failure to recognize the simplicity of the message, who it is talking about, and for never having watched Cool Runnings :(

You see no difference in the end of actual systemic slavery used for labor and the metaphors of other types like corporate slavery?

It's deeper than that.

It's 2018...still slavery exists.

I don't want to get too political in here... but clearly we care more about starving kids in other countries that we do our own.

When you come over to the cop thread, we're going to talk about this, too.
