We are seriously making this harder then it needs to be.

Maybe they seen enough in practice, you it's hard to convince me they tried and decided against it with Gibson or Samuels.

We have options.

Putting someone back there to return punts with no experience is the kind of thing that can bite you in the ass when he muffs one on his own 10 yard line or fields a punt inside his own 5.

And how do you get experience?

I'd be with you if they didn't return kicks at least, it's different but not that much different to compare it to no experience at all, imo.

Returning a punt is a LOT different to returning to kicks.

As to experience - with someone else 🙂

After watching these guys fighting for a job for the last 3 hours, one thing is clear.

The missing piece wasn’t at QB.

It was EB.

The missing pieces were at OC and QB.

Now those aren’t missing pieces. Turner and [REDACTED] vs. Bienemy and Howell.

One of those is much better than the other.

Point was he didn’t have Howell tonight & you saw what EB got out of these guys.

Yes, EB is excellent. But I don’t like downplaying the fact that we don’t have the EMT on the roster.

He and Turner were a bane to our existence.

But yes, Bienemy is a real OC with a great pedigree and a great scheme.

I've heard players over the years compare moving from LT to RT like eating with one hand whole life then learning to eat with you other.

Same time PR and KR isn't that huge of a difference to not even try, imo.  Lolz, at practicing with someone else, don't be scurrrd : )

While this is absolutely true, he took reps as a punt returner in practice last year as well. I’d imagine if they have him back there at all that they have tried it before.
