Davis, Young, Cosmi, St-Juste, Brown, Gibson, Charles, Gandy-Golden all were drafted in the first 4 rounds I think. That is a 1-4 roster, pretty simple. If you don't hire people who are encouraged to share their opinions, then why even hire them in the first place? A boss like that better be more competent and know more than all of the people he hires then, otherwise they're just hiring yes-men. Sadly, that's the kind of boss Snyder has always been. You can have people who are open and willing to share their opinions but don’t argue with you. It’s not effective to have arguments when conversations can get the job done. You don’t want people to argue. You want people to say listen I think you are wrong and this is why, but you are the boss and ultimately this falls on you. I do that with my boss. This is just who he is. A great culture builder but an out of touch with modern football. He should have never been hired to lead Personnel. This franchise desperately needs a real GM with a multi year plan. I dont care if we win 2 games next year. Have a plan.
