Shocking a Car maker has to step in but great move by them. mcsluggo Posted February 22, 2021 Share Posted February 22, 2021 it was beautiful big flakes this morning... but they hid sheets of ice that had frozen overnight here. I went for a SHORT walk this morning and saw 4 different people bite it. (one was a 80+ year old man). now it is just straight craptastic raining bleh out there ------ worst of ALL worlds, 38 and raining........ but THIS is the path to 60 degrees on Wednesday, so i will take it! They were turning it on and off yesterday because busted pipes would leak and they'd have to repair them. The building across from me is still shut off for repairs. It is 70 degrees and sunny. China Posted March 13, 2021 Author Share Posted March 13, 2021 'Absolutely historic' snowstorms are forecast for this weekend A massive winter storm is expected to strike the central Rockies and High Plains this weekend, potentially bringing multiple feet of snow that could halt travel and cause power outages in the regions, according to the National Weather Service. The major storm system will bring heavy snow to Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins, Colorado, as well as Cheyenne, Wyo., and parts of western Nebraska. Denver could see anywhere from 18 to 24 inches, Boulder 24 to 30 inches and Cheyenne could record up to 30 inches or more.
