Skin'emAlive Posted March 28, 2020 Share Posted March 28, 2020 With the 162nd pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, The Seattle Seahawks select:  Sewo Olonilua, RB/FB TCU 6'3" 240lbs   We dont have to tell you how much of a disappointment Pete Caroll has in our Draft room right now. 2nd only to the incredible failure of our 2019 2nd round pick, JJ Arcega Whiteside! Im going to be frank. People may get fired after this. Pete danced his way to the podium minutes ago. Unforgivable.  Luckily, we have another target, that is part of the offensive retooling we have committed to in the 2020 draft. Sewo is a big dude. We like big running backs here in Seattle. Penny Rashaad has been awful, unreliable, and injured. Seattle wants Beast Mode. Olonilua is that guy. An absolute weightroom warrior, Sewo squats 705. He has great contact balance, and incredible footwork considering his size. A LeVeon Bell sort of running back, he is patient in waiting for holes to develop. Hes a good lead blocker and puts body through people on leads. Most importantly, Sewo has soft hands and is more than able to catch the ball out of the backfield. This is something sorely lacking with Penny, Carson, and Lynch.  We envision Sewo as a dual threat FB similar to Mike Sellers that can learn the nuances of the game behind Carson early on before taking on the role of leading rusher behind the rebuilt OL.
