I remember reading a story about someone (was it a kid? Can't remember) that suddenly died playing baseball when a ball hit him in the chest. If I recall correctly, it wasn't even that hard of a hit, but if it hits at just the right place at the right time during the heartbeat, a relatively innocent bump can lead to cardiac arrest.
