Unless you are a blue chipper in basketball or football and going to a legit program, DO NOT have a “signing day” ceremony.

I will absolutely admit that a D2-3 signing seems a bit odd, but D1 is a serious accomplishment and should be celebrated and recognized. Heck the blue chippers are all doing videos now for their big reveals, so a photo op on signing day isn’t a big deal. Heck our high school brings ALL of the scholarship athletes up for their signing day photos, but they don’t do the big reveal stuff like picking a hat etc.

I don't hate Gordon Gecko's "Greed is good" speech in Wall Street.  It doesn't make me retch in horror.  In fact, I kinda like the fact that he speaks the truth.

Now how he went about being shady and breaking the law is another thing altogether.

Staring at a homerun that you hit isn’t disrespectful.

Totally agree!!!

Pitchers can fist pump and celebrate a strike-out but take a pitcher yard and they turn into pansies. STFU and pitch you whiny prick.

And while we're at it, catchers ought to let more hitters charge the mound.

Switch the word greed with ambition, and it's a great speech.
