SWFLSkins
This is also a serious knock on Darrel Young, one of the games underrated FB's, the fact that Helu had a good 2011 outing was not taken into consideration of course this is BSPN the self proclaimed world wide leader in sports. End2round2sanders
So wait, Detroit has better running backs than us?? NO combination of Thomas and Ingram ( Sproles is a beast but still) and their 26th ranked running game last year are better than us?? *Mind Blown*
RawRebel
How r the saints Backfield better than ours? Do the saints even run the ball?
hail2skins
I saw Sports Illustrated picked the Patriots to beat the new media darling Seahawks in the 2014 Super Bowl. Does anyone by chance know where they are picking the Skins to finish in the East?
postong
Ha ha ha...........Cincinnati bengals have a better backfield than us??? We had the second leading rusher in the NFL. How does that not get us in their "tier 1"??
HOF44
Without Griffins rush numbers we would have still been in the top 10. Also while its just preseason and Griffin nor Morris has played guess who leads the NFL in rushing. Your Washington Redskins. Well just a couple runs for Morris. Monte51Coleman
I am perfectly happy with this team traveling under the radar. It will make it that much sweeter when we start ****-slapping teams.
Boss_Hogg
The writers of SI picked the Skins to finish 3-13 last year. It's obvious the football IQ at SI is severely lacking.
darrelgreenie
Adrian Peterson + Abe Vigoda would still be the best backfield in the NFL far as I'm concerned. Alfred Morris, the number 2 rusher in the NFL, and his stablemates ought to be higher then 19th
PapaLazarou
Is this based off preseason?

Riggo#44
John Clayton just ranked Griffin the 16th ranked QB--behind Romo sits to pee (9) Stafford Wilson Luck and Kaepernick. Again, that's fine. Let them hate. We've gotten the offseason praise before and it hasn't won us anything. Do our talking on the field.
Hitman21ST
It's OK. We'll just roll our 19th rated backfield all over the 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, and 15 rated ones. Let them keep underestimating us.
WarpathHitchhiker
You'd think the editor would be able to catch the "9" after the "1."
Hiro
The fact that Tampa Bay is #6 while we're #19 just cracks me up. This was their reasoning for Tier 1: 'Combine a bona fide No. 1 back with a solid No. 2 and a steady full back.' I'm sorry, but how exactly is Doug Martin any more of a bona fide #1 than Alfred? Even more hilarious, how exactly is Brian Leonard (he of 3 teams in 7 years and ZERO career rushing TDs) a more solid #2 than Helu?

Ha ha ha ha ha...nice try...justify! REPLY from Chris: Chris Burke @ChrisBurke_SI @Dub70s @DC9AdamW Had 10-12 RB1s I'd take over Morris, more RB 2s over Helu. Year_of_The_Monk
We can't possibly be the 19th best rushing attack in the league. Can't be serious!! Even if we take RG3 stats away, ALMO damn near is better than some of those groups by himself. Do they actually think the #1 rushing attack is going to slump oh contraire mon frère we are just going to continue to get better. #19 at beginning of the season, #1-2 at the end of the season!
