To be somewhat fair to Rick, he speaks with what I would refer to as a southern Maryland ‘accent’ that is not uncommon among older folk from that area. My mother used to say Warshington, too. 🤣

I’ll admit that I have liked Snider’s ‘stuff’ until recently. Now he just seems to desperately want to be considered as one in the know. Pretty sure I am just as in the know as Rick is.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Tanya is quietly in favor of Bezos and prods Dan to take a bigger offer from him. That would increase her take when she serves him with divorce papers. She can’t be happy being married to that small, bitter man outside of his money.

It was hard to watch the premier of Succession’s fourth season last night and not think of the parallels to the team sale.

These uniforms are just fine, Blade. For an expansion team, which is what it is. The only thing remaining is the past players who are being trotted out for money-making ambitions.

With all due respect to Coach Rivera, each and every change he cited took place because they were forced. Credit is due for all of the positive cultural improvements, and should be praised and absolutely not be overlooked, but it is dangerous to pretend that decades of unprofessional behavior have magically been set right while the driver of the bus is still behind the wheel. Snyder didn’t suddenly have a ‘come to Jesus‘ moment and intentionally choose to set a new and just path. This franchise will never again obtain the level of respect and admiration that is once had until the cancer that is Daniel Snyder is exorcised.

Bates will break out this coming season.
