Hersh
Wemby had 33 on 19 shots and 0 +/-. Spurs need to start surrounding that kid with real players asap.
Ball Security
Wemby and Embiid combined for 35 FT. Towns gets 62, so two guys with 60+ tonight.

Destino
i know some of us talked about what a weird gamble it was for the bucks to fire a proven coach for a guy that had zero head coaching experience. Didn’t even last a season.

TradeTheBeal!
Guy got fired with 18M left on the contract and a sweet .698 winning percentage. I’m thinking houseboat in St Barts until 2025 or so.
Spaceman Spiff
Word on the streets that is was a long time coming. Lots of problems behind the scenes. Feeling is that they're winning on pure talent. The defense is a huge issue.

I think most people think that Giannas must have at least supported this if not out right pushed for it. That you'd fire a coach that has you in 2nd place in the conference and tied for 2nd place in the NBA if your super star was happy with the coach would be odd. It isn't like they are down at a 4-5 seed. They are in reasonable striking distance of having home court through the playoffs (3.5 games behind Boston). Agreed, but Giannas didn't hire him in the first place. Didn't they lose in the first round last year despite being the #1 seed?

Milwaukee was stupid to hire a rookie coach with a roster like that. I don't think Giannis leaves, Milwaukee knows that they're screwed without him. Story is they partly ended up with Griffin because Giannis didn't want Nurse. https://marcstein.substack.com/p/inside-the-bucks-sudden-dismissal And yes, that's what happen last year and that happens. But Giannis got hurt and missed some games. And despite that happening some times, every contenders objective at the start of the season is win their conference, get the #1 seed, and go into the playoffs healthy. Yes, the #1 seed sometimes gets bounced early. But that's still what teams want to do.

Even if agree with the bold and was right with @Destino not liking it when it was announced, saying they know they're screwed without Giannis didn't stop them from making that stupid decision to hire that HC. Let's face it, Bucks front office is stupid.
