Koolblue13
I actually thought about Bob Marley/Metallica when posting my first 2 songs, but I'm certain that someone will take care of that, or I'll post one later on into this thread. 55- Bob Marley- Mellow Mood. grego
Seals and Croft's Summer Breeze. Mellow, smooth, easy going song to sip lemonade and watch a late sunset by. No matter what time of year it is, when I listen to this song, it feels like mid-June. bluefood, I love ya man, but your taste in music is... well.... i would like to come to the defense of thebluefood. i've always really liked that song. saw the isley brothers do it once, very nice. 56. REM- fall on me. great song. nothing more i can say.

thebluefood
I have nothing against Summer Breeze, but it never would make my list of important/special/amazing/shortlistoftop songs. :whoknows: But that's ok.I don't like Billy Joel in general, but that's ok also. Nocturne is a nice song. But the fact that there are TWO Billy Joel songs on this list already, before a single song by Bob Dylan, or Jimi Hendrix, or Stevie Wonder, or Van Halen, or Bob Marley, or the Who, or Metallica, or Prince, or the Beach Boys, or James Brown.... somehow that stuck in my craw. Sorry I took it out on you. Naw, it's all good. While Summer Breeze isn't an artistic triumph, I added it because of the sort of ambiance it creates. It's like musical therapy. I'll contribute something a little higher in quality with my next post, though.
