Popeman38
So, who had a line-up of Jennings-Sato-Oubre-Smith-Bogs getting the Wiz back into the game?
CRobi21
And when are they gonna get the press off the ****ing base line? Health risk to players. Such a joke.
Popeman38
No way that isn't a foul on Crowder. No ****ing way. He raked down and got both forearms.  Yeah, just stand there flatflooted and watch instead of boxing out and making them go over your back. That always works. Back to back ****ing lazy, worthless efforts on defense and rebounding. Teams now KNOW if they try they can dominate the boards. Guards leaking out after 3s. Bigs just watching. Ducking pathetic effort.
Popeman38
And another Smart flop. Acted like he got shot by a sniper.
BatteredFanSyndrome
I'm only checking in to say that this team isn't playing like a team worthy of my money to take the family to see. Â I said that a few months ago and they went on a hot run, let's do this one more time.
TheItalianStallion
Thank God Marcus Smart changed his hair. It was unbearable to look at during the previous meeting. So is Gortat's play right now.  The only thing giving me hope now is that, during both of our recent playoff seasons, we had similar slumps in the later part of the regular season, only for us to turn it on come playoff time...at least for 1 series.
Warhead36
12 games left. Have to finish 8-4 to finish with 50. Honestly I'm not sure, we could lose four on the coming road trip by itself. Really screwed up with those bad losses to Philly, Dallas, and Charlotte.
Destino
Wall isn't healthy, I wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea to shelf him before the end of the season. If that foot gets worse we're sunk.

Renegade7
Fell asleep during the game, but was prepared for Boston getting us back and tying the season series. All these road games to end the season are just killing us. Is there a break between regular season and first round of the playoffs? RonArtest15
How much of a drop off in production would we see if the Wizards started Jason Smith over Gortat?
ixcuincle
Wizards flaming out lately with baffling losses to Dallas and Charlotte as well as Boston. Championship aspirations might have been premature.  There's nothing wrong with saying that. This is a good team. But they were never elite. They were never championship contenders or eastern conference finals participants. The ceiling for this club the way they're playing is second round when they inevitably get eliminated by Cleveland or Boston.

Warhead36
I still think in a 7 game series we can beat Boston.
GOSKINS_08
Gotta win the next 2 at home and worst case go 2-4 on the road trip and we should be ok. I'd rest the starters either the golden state or clippers game on the road trip.
Bozo the kKklown
Boston has one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA and they dominated the boards. One positive is Oubre's 4th quarter defense. Hope he is gaining his confidence back.
StillUnknown
games like last night make me very skeptical about maxing Otto  its gonna happen regardless, but i'm unconvinced that its the right thing to do Edited March 21, 2017 by StillUnknown

But does Porter have Beal's upside? The issue with Beal was always health but we saw him dominate playoff games. I don't think Porter will be that good. His best case scenario is a good #3 option on a contender. Is that worth the max? In today's NBA, maybe, but its a tough decision.  The plan might be to let Porter walk, resign Bog, and make a run at Cousins(that Wall article that came out made it sound like he's trying to recruit him). If so, then that's a bad plan. Â Sign Porter and trade him down the road if we want to make a run at Cousins. Â Letting Porter walk for nothing would be a disaster. Skin'emAlive
Porter has gotten remarkably better every season in every single statistical category. 2 years ago people wanted him out because he couldn't hit a 3 pointer...  Hes going nowhere, and would be hard to bet against him growing further.
